With John and Katrina’s chemistry in ‘New York’ becoming the latest talk of town, buzz has it that their steamy scenes in the flick have raised many eyebrows!
According to latest news, the recent video launch of ‘Mere Sang’ from ‘New York’ has run into troubled waters courtesy its steamy kissing scenes and a couple of bedroom shots! With the intimate scenes proving to be scandalous issue, both John and Katrina recently came forward to defend their saucy act.
According to Katrina, the song has been canned aesthetically and moreover it justifies the demand of the script. She said, "Only when you will see the film, will you realize the need for the song. The film has a space for this song. It comes in a very beautiful place. I think there is nothing offensive in it. It has been done in a very aesthetic way."
John too shared similar views as, "One can`t understand the sensitivity of the issue unless one watches the film. Once you see the film, you will be convinced of how beautifully the song relates to the script. It`s very easy for us to look at it in isolation and say that the song is totally different from what ‘New York’ is all about. But that`s not the case."
Amidst the news of John and Katrina’s romance, many allege that the song and its intimate shots are meant to create hype in order to pull the crowd towards theatre.
